Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Pixel Office, a virtual office service operated by NightlySoftware. By signing in you agree to them.

Your account

• You sign in with an account you control (GitHub, Google, Microsoft or an email address) and keep it secure.
• Signing in only proves who you are. You join offices through invitations or your organization's rules, and office admins decide what you can see.

Offices and content

• Office admins are responsible for who they invite and for the integrations they connect.
• You keep ownership of what you post. You allow us to store and show it to the people in your office so the service works.
• Do not use Pixel Office to break the law, harass people, record others without their agreement, or attack the service or other users.

Price

Pixel Office is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, we will tell office owners in advance, and nothing will be charged without their explicit agreement.

Availability

We work to keep Pixel Office running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice of changes that affect your data.

Ending

You can stop using Pixel Office and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend accounts or offices that break these terms.
